Darcy McGillicuddy is the director of marketing and communications for Texas Global at The University of Texas at Austin, where she is responsible for promoting and expanding global engagement at the university by leading the communication strategy and management of creative services, marketing and promotion, and media and crisis communication for Texas Global.
Prior to this role, Darcy served as the coordinator of Sponsored Student Services, managing the placement of students and relationships representing over 50 sponsoring agencies, including the Ford and Fulbright fellowship programs.
Darcy has worked in the field of international education for 20 years. Darcy is an alumni of The University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with a degree in Psychology and was a student-athlete, representing the university’s world-class swimming team.
