Empowering Women Through Entrepreneurship

Established in 2022, this initiative focuses on building the capacity of women entrepreneurs. With an engaging curriculum that combines immersive in-person learning with self-paced training and workshops, participants learn the essential building blocks of creating and growing a successful business venture and methods for crafting unique business models to bring new products and services to market. Additionally, the program creates, strengthens, and expands a women’s entrepreneurship network that encourages and facilitates the transfer of skills and sharing of resources between participants.

Program components include:

• An entrepreneurship acceleration program in regions where training is lacking and addresses topics that are underrepresented.
• A mentorship framework to accelerate the initial success of women-owned businesses by engaging with related, successful businesses in the U.S.
• Using traditional and innovative networking tools to empower women, expand economic development and job creation.
• Increasing the understanding of business development processes and leadership skills.

Successful completion of customized women’s entrepreneurship programs has taken place in India, Japan and Saudi Arabia. Program participants acquire valuable knowledge and establish meaningful connections within a network of women entrepreneurs with a deep appreciation for a community with like-minded women founders. Moreover, the opportunity exists to travel to Austin to gain exposure to one of the top-rated U.S. entrepreneurial ecosystems and engage with potential investors.
